We offer convenient and secure ways for you to stay on top of your rental payments. As a reminder, rent is due on the 1st of each month
and is considered late after 5:00 PM on the 5th.
Online Payments
Access your Tenant Portal anytime to make payments quickly and securely. You can pay with a bank account or credit/debit card, view your payment history, or set up automatic recurring payments for added convenience. Convenience fees are incurred, $3.00 for a bank account and 3% for a credit /debit card.
If you’d like to make an online payment outside of your tenant portal, you can also use our Pay Rent Online option. Convenience fees are incurred, $3.00 for a bank account and 3% for a credit /debit card.
Auto Draft Payments
For added convenience, we offer an automatic tenant bank draft. This helps ensure your rent is paid on time each month without the need to log in or schedule it manually. If you would like more details, please contact our office.
In-Person Payments
Prefer to pay in person? You’re welcome to stop by our office during business hours to make a payment by check, money order, or cashier’s check.
Additionally, a 24/7 rent drop box is available, so you can securely leave your payment at any time. Please note we do not accept cash payments.
Mail-In Payments
If mailing your payment is easier, you may send a check, money order or cashier’s check to P. O. Box 1894 Kalispell, MT 59903. Please allow extra time for delivery to ensure payments arrive before the due date.
