Looking for a new home is an exciting step!

As you begin your search, it’s important to understand what landlords generally look for: tenants who pay rent on time, maintain a clean and well-kept home, and have reliable income. Before applying, please review our Rental Criteria.

To schedule a showing, please call our office at (406) 752-5600 to set up an appointment with a Property Manager. We encourage applicants to drive by any properties of interest, but please remain respectful of current occupants and neighbors.

Once you have found a property that interests you, please complete a Tenant Application for review. A $35.00 non-refundable application fee, per applicant 18 years of age or older, is required for the credit/criminal screening.
