If you are
locked out during office business hours and are able to come to the office, we
will give you a loaner key in exchange for a form of collateral. Upon returning
the key, we will return your collateral. If contacting after office hours, a
staff member will meet you at the property and let you in for a lock-out fee of
$50, payable upon delivery or you can call a local locksmith. Just a reminder if a lock is replaced, you must provide CoRental with the new key within 24 hours.
If your
property has keyed mailboxes, we will give you a mailbox key if we have one. If
we do not have one, you will need to take your lease agreement to the post
office to get the box re-keyed. The cost to re-key the mailbox is the tenant’s
cost.
